Anyone remember the gig in the early 90's I think at the Town & Country Club where Lemmy and Robert Plant came on stage and sang Be Bop A Lula with the Stray Cats.
Sensational....

That was Hammersmith, the Blast Off Tour, on the second night...

Yes, i found that no one in England that i know either knows who Brian Setzer is or remembers the Stray Cats. But as my main purpose in life is Bringing the news of Setzer to everyone........there are now 5 new Brian Setzer fans at work, and a few borderline ones as well! Some are as young as 18, others are in their 40's. One friend of mine that had heard of Stray Cats (he's 61!) thanked me after listening to a cd i gave him and said he couldn't understand why the radio had missed playing these new great songs for the past 20 years!

| I think the radio people have a problem, with the Stray Cats. Because, they dont know what it is,or where to place them!
They want to have a listen, then tap there feet,in enjoyment!
We can only spread the word Steve!

But as my main purpose in life is Bringing the news of Setzer to everyone........ Yeah, I turned my wife into a Setzer "fan". She always liked music from the 50/60's. Patsy Cline/ Brenda Lee....etc. So for her it waseasy to accept the Cats! My 6 year old son also likes it a lot.
