| Hurrah, just bought my London gig tickets, clicked on the link at 9am! Nearly choked on my toast at the price, bloody booking fees and transaction fees are a bit of a joke but still, it'll be the last chance for me to see the boys :-))
See ya there.... | |

| Ditto, they're not cheap... but I've paid more to see worse bands, let's be thankful they're not over the £50 mark like some are these days.
'm 23 and a new British fan- I've loved the BSO for a couple of years but only started listening to Stray Cats a few weeks ago. My wildest dream would be for the BSO to come and tour the UK, but it doesn't seem like that's ever going to happen. In the meantime this gig looks fantastic, even though I don't know much of the Cats' stuff yet. I've got a few months, better get listening.....

| Just got an email from Seetickets apologising for the delay in posting London tickets- apparently they're not in stock yet. I don't mind really, I've waited longer.... and anyway I'm planning to surprise my girlfriend with the tickets, so if they're not in the house, she can't accidentally find them | |

| And people tell me to chill out... I don't know how it works with the UK ticket vendors, but I've seen it work this way in the past on US BSO ticket sales. The pre-sales are sometimes set up through a company that's different from the one most people use on the actual onsale date. In the case of one BSO show I attended, Music Today was the pre-sale vendor, and their tickets arrived long after those Setz fans who ordered theirs through Ticketmaster on the actual onsale date. You never know what you're gonna get in a pre-sale. The best seats aren't always available, which may not matter if you can rush the stage. But if a show is in danger of selling out, or at least selling out the floor seats, then buying them through a pre-sale is a good idea. But it's been my experience that tickets bought through a pre-sale will often take longer to arrive than those purchased on a general public sale, especially if there are different ticket sellers involved. The ebay ticket brokers may have simply waited for the public onsale to get theirs in hand for their re-selling opportunities sooner. Regarding the Music Today seller in the US, I once bought tickets for another band 5 months before the show, and didn't receive the tickets until approximately 3 weeks before the show! To be fair, this was disclosed at the time of purchase. Still, it couldn't stop me from being overly concerned that I might not get the tix on time. Is there any sort of contact info through the link? Did you get an order number? Did you print a confirmation? If so, then I think you're covered, and you may just have a longer wait than the others. Hoping for a happy ending Tourettes!!!!!!!!!!!-a-billy | |

| Guys, chill.............
The gig is September 10th. We are at April 16th......now, i don`t think it time to panic just yet.
Same happened last time in 2004, the tickets arrived in good time, albeit a month or so after the initial order.
If the tickets aren`t with me September 1st i`ll start getting a bit hot under the collar, but right now, 6 months from the gig, i`m more worried about paying off my overdrafts and credit cards in time to hit the merchandise table...
Cheers
Dave
ps - Rickabilly, Cd`s will be finished this week, study for my exam is over, i now have some free time.....!!!

| As Dave says-we have plenty of time to wait for tickets to arrive. Dont panic just yet -it's only April. Im sure the ticket you are waiting for will arrive in good time. Im still waiting for mine to arrive as well but like Dave says-if it gets to September and i have not recieved it then i will start to worry. Chill out and Keep Rockin'. Bruce | |

| I must admit that I am now joining the band wagon on this one. My London tickets are still yet to arrive and at the end of May, I've allowed myself my first panic (and all I have to do is catch a train to Brixton) | |

I don't get the panic. Ticketmaster in most cases, print their own tickets on standard ticketmaster card, hence why they are sent out quickly. On some occasions for big concerts, the promoters print special tickets (you know, with a pretty picture on them) so they are sent out when the promoter has printed them and delivered them to the agency. See Tickets (which is gigs and tours) in most cases, do not print their own tickets, so, they cannot send out any tickets until the promoter has sent them to the agencies. I've been to a large number of gigs over the years, and only once did I not receive a ticket until very late (and that was last year, 2 days prior to the gig and that was via Ticketmaster). The last ticket I booked via See (apart from my Brixton Stray Cats ticket), was the levellers for the Manchester Apollo and this is what it states on the confirmation email: Tickets will be despatched as soon as possible, but may not be received until 5-7 days before the event. Please do not contact us until 5 days before the event if you have not received your tickets Nothing faudulent in this at all!!! Don't panic, although I must admit, if I was coming from overseas, I could understand it!
