Are you giggling with me, or giggling AT me? hehehehe
On the surface, it does seem innocuous, I know, but it's all for a good cause, right?

Thanks! It's so weird (and great) that there seem to be loads of younger guys latching on to the Stray Cats and have never seen them. I think they are amazing, and they seem to have the same raw energy as when i first saw them (OK, they are more porfessional and polished now, which, in all honesty detracts from the original gigs, but when you're in the business for 30 years, it has an effect). Yeah, they're more cynical (who isn't) But putting business aside, they still love to play Rock and Roll music. It's like, Brian played Be Bop A Lula in his room 35 years ago, and then with the Cats, and then on his own, and it's really not off the wall to hear him play it tomorrow with... whoever. Who else still does that??? (Ha ha, sounds like a new thread to me... Which artits are still true to their roots?) Jetbunny, book a ticket for the show. I think it's the last tour, so you HAVE to see them live. You HAVE to see the Stray Cats live... Mikey | |
